Mindfulness not only reduces stress but also gently builds an inner strength so that future stressors have less impact on our happiness and physical well-being. Regular mindfulness practice help increase awareness of our emotional and physical needs. Anxiety is reduced and reaction times to stressors are increased. Giving the brain time to relax and respond in a more thoughtful manner. Come join us in practicing mindfulness in our eating, moving and thinking. This practice will help us define and set goals in achieving our Soul Purpose.
Extensive experience allows me to guide you. My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters.
